it all begins with your idea - once we have a snapshot of your vision for your outfits, we work our magic behind the scenes; putting together moodboards, finding the latest fabrics on the market and sketching your looks

we’ll then come together to discuss this in detail, working alongside each other to really nail the final look. we’ll be able to provide you with a final cost, and delivery timeline we can achieve

for true bride and groom outfits, we do operate on a minimum of 16 weeks turn around time - this process is a little more detailed with more frequent consultations

once we confirm the final look, we move onto measurements - and we do offer a made-to-measure service as standard. if we physically aren’t able to take them in person, we’ll work together on video call to ensure the measurements are completed correctly

we do offer additional tailoring services once the outfit arrives if the measurements provided do not end up being your optimum fit - this is at a small additional cost

all bespoke orders require a 50% deposit at the point of order confirmation - without measurements & payment, we will not proceed with manufacturing, and the delivery date for the outfit(s) may change

50% balance is due before delivery; we’ll send you completed photos and videos of your outfit(s) from our studio in India to make sure you’re happy with everything before shipping it over

once a deposit has been paid, we aren’t able to make any changes to the design of the outfit(s)
