  • in our Mens and Womens catalogue pages, you'll find a wide selection of outfits and styles that you can order on a made-to-order basis - the delivery time for all these pieces is between 3-4 weeks

    we do have a ready-to-wear section of the website, these pieces are available for immediate dispatch

    the Bespoke page houses are one of a kind design catalogues worn by our lovely customers, alongside more information on how you can create your bespoke look with us

  • so sadly - colours, necklines and blouse styles within our ranges cannot be changed

    BUT - our pieces can be ordered to your measurements, this is available at an additional cost of GBP £10 per item

    to order a made-to-measure outfit, you'll need to email us listing what item(s) you'd like made in your measurements, we'll then forward on our measurements template, which includes detailed instructions on how to provide the most accurate measurements for the best fit

  • in the interest of keeping our collections new and fresh, we don’t restock items that are sold out, but instead introduce newer pieces that are similar, so do check out all our pages for the latest designs

  • our collections are only available to order online, we do not have a showroom for these pieces

    our showroom, based in Harrow, is exclusively for Bespoke order bookings only

  • we have a whole page dedicated to all things bespoke, there is a contact form for you to fill out with some details, and we’ll reach out either via email or on WhatsApp, whichever is your preference

    if you'd like to see the bespoke collection in person, and have an in person consultation, our studio is based in Harrow, UK - please send us an email and we can get an appointment scheduled

  • we use trackable delivery services for all our orders we dispatch - on your shipment notification email there is a tracking number, where you can find out where your order is, and the estimated delivery time. if you do not have a shipment notification email, we are still processing your order, this can take up to 3 weeks.

    a gentle reminder that it is an illegal offence to claim an item is missing when you have in fact received it

  • check out our returns hub for more information - but long story short, we do not accept returns on any of our items sold on this website

  • our rentals process is currently undergoing a refresh, we’re working with a few other UK players in the rental market, so watch this space!
